HCM CITY — Nam Long Investment Corporation managed to sell out Valora townhouses and villas, and Grand Villa and Riverfront Grand Villa premium villas in the Rivera 2 and Aquaria 2 subdivisions at its Waterpoint project, within two hours, with the deals being worth over VNĐ1 trillion (US$43.2 million).
Developed on 355ha of land by a Japan-Việt Nam joint venture comprising Nishi Nippon Railroad, Nam Long, TBS Group, and Tân Hiệp Invest, Waterpoint is arguably the most prominent project at HCM City’s southwestern entrance.
It is well planned and built as an integrated township that enables modern, comfortable and luxurious living, working, studying, and shopping, is in harmony with nature and aligned with sustainable development trends, and facilitates communal living.
Nam Long caused a stir in the real estate market when it first unveiled the Waterpoint in late 2019 and handed over the first 600 units in Rivera 1 and Aquaria 1 at the end of 2020.

Its attraction has anything but waned, and it continues to received 800 visitors each weekend and more than 600 customers booked products in Rivera 2 and Aquaria 2 within a month of NLG opening sales.
The high-end residential and commercial complexes have 5.8km of the Vàm Cỏ Đông River and a canal system running through them and creating a fresh ambience, enabling residents to derive the full benefit of living near a river and the good fengshui brought by the river’s strong flow.
Each house here promises to be truly the best place for high-class customers to live in and refresh themselves.
Thanks to its sophisticated design based on international standards and ‘all-in-one’ internal utility system, Waterpoint offers a unique living experience to its residents, enables them to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed life, and offers the ideal environment for future generations to grow up.
Together with housing, a number of utilities have also been completed at the project such as a shopping service hub, bus interchange, outdoor cinema, a 3ha country club with a restaurant complex, an event centre, an Olympic-standard swimming pool, a football pitch, tennis and basketball courts, a gym, a river marina, Aquaria 1 Japanese garden, and others.
Incorporating utilities in every subdivision saves traveling for residents while creating a comfortable and dynamic living environment and enabling communal interaction between residents.

With such outstanding features, it is not hard to understand why its 200 units were sold out within two hours.
Hồ Trọng Nghĩa, 38, said: “I decided to buy a townhouse at Waterpoint after visiting my uncle here during the Tết holiday. With its sophisticated planning and the big investment by Japanese and Vietnamese investors in infrastructure and utilities to bring the highest living value for residents, I believe in its appreciation potential.
“The township will certainly have a new look in the next one to two years, persuading people live here. And prices in the project still have great potential for appreciation in the future."
